My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although with a huge bathroom and balcony, were not as impressive as shown in the photos after a few visits. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff friendly but others arrogant and unhelpful. The location, on a remote rocky outcropping in Almunecar, was peaceful but had its limitations. The dining options were subpar, mainly in the buffet restaurant. However, the facilities were decent overall.
